Located in the Historic Hamm Building, Great Waters offers great views of the beautiful city of Saint Paul. The building rests on the original site of the St. Paul Cathedral, where we are blessed with a natural spring well. The secret to our fabulous hand-crafted beer... holy water from the well! Speaking of beer, we have created over 85 different beers and have won numerous awards, including a Gold Medal from the Real Ale Festival for our Old Bastard Ale. Our brewer, Bob DuVernois, has over nine years of brewing experience and on any given day, we will have up to NINE of our own hand-crafted beers, including 4 properly cellared cask-conditioned ales ready to serve. All are superb!
