Joe Tanner, "The Lowry Mailman", comes to you from the back streets of North Minneapolis. He is quickly becoming one of the Twin Cities favorite stand up stars.

Discovered by legend comic Louie Anderson while writing letters to Minneapolis radio station KQRS, Joe has opened and shared his childhood experiences of growing up in a family of eight children in the small town of Anoka.

Joe has also crafted comic routines of his many experiences of delivering mail to all sorts of different characters on his route in North Minneapolis. Routines that are helping to carry him from stage to stage across the Twin Cities comedy clubs.
